It is crucial to provide a safe environment where children can stumble and learn to pick themselves up. Shielding them from every challenge deprives them of the opportunity to build resilience.
Educators also play a vital role in shaping resilient individuals. Schools should focus on academic prowess and instill perseverance, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
